The first fully integrated resort in close proximity to beautiful Kyiv

The purpose of the project is to create and develop the first fully integrated resort in Ukraine. The resort will meet the requirements of all guests from children to high power business men and women in a delightful and peaceful atmosphere. The implementation and eventual operation of this project will significantly upgrade visitors requirements, be that services, leisure or entertainment for an ever increasing market. The project includes two stages:

• construction activity (total area 19.6 hectares)
• Operations of the project pre and post opening.

The estimated time of completion for this type of project is approximately 2.5 years

The preopening stages of the project aim to have in place all the contracts with corporate and tour operators as well as having a highly defined sales plan.

The commercial efficiency of this project based on preliminary estimates is defined by pay-back period of 6-7 years.

On the whole, the concept of the complex is focused on consumer with the medium and high level of income and with high demands for comfort and service. A client that wants something different and with many contrasting parts without having to jump on a plane

• Restaurant complex
• Twelve sauna houses with individual facilities
• Ski slope
• Parking for 1500 cars
• Safari park (adjacent land 70 ha)

Furthermore, there are large hunting areas (10.5 thous. ha) close to the resort. Game husbandry “Alliance” provides services in organization of fishing and hunting (elk, deer, roe, wolf, fox, hare, wild boar, and duck).
